The duration & scheduling for all programs are as follows unless otherwise indicated :

The regular training program :

• Candidates must take lectures for all parts within one year.
  
• Classes are held once or twice a week either morning or evening time over one year period.

Intensive training programs are available upon request. In general, SIT recommends that each potential candidate for any training program should have the following:

• Good command in English and be dedicated and serious
  
• Attend all lectures and study approximately three hours daily over the duration of the program.
